As almost every anime fans know Demon Slayer or Kimetsu no Yaiba dominate 2019 with its amazing plot line, family/sibling love, and friendship.
For those unfamiliar with the anime or manga, Demon Slayer takes place in the Taisho Period of Japan. The protagonist Tanjiro Kamado, a kindhearted boy who sells charcoal for a living, finds his family slaughtered by a demon. To make matters worse, his younger sister Nezuko, the sole survivor, has been transformed into a demon herself.
The character Nezuko and Kanao Tsuyuri also shot to popularity as best female characters that many anime fans love and adore. Near the end of last year, news about the movie Kimetsu no Yaiba: Mugen Train was released. It’s initial release date being April 10th, but due to Covid-19 the movie was delayed and pushed to be released in Japan on October 16, 2020. The official English subtitle and dubbing of the movie will not be released until 2021. Whether or not it will be delayed again is not certain due to the ongoing pandemic.
The movie will be revolving around the Mugen Train or Demon train arc, which is the seventh arc in the manga. The protagonist Tanjiro Kamado and his friends from the Demon Slayer corps accompany Kyōjurō Rengoku, the Flame Hashira, to investigate a mysterious series of disappearances occurring inside a train.
The cast though, for the movie will be the same as the one from Season one of Demon Slayer with Natsuki Hanae as Tanjirō Kamado, Akari Kitō as Nezuko Kamado, Hiro Shimono as Zenitsu Agatsuma, Yoshitsugu Matsuoka as Inosuke Hashibira and Satoshi Hino will also reprise his role as Kyōjurō Rengoku.
